_Customer intelligence that reveals who's actually buying from your brand_

OuterSignal is a customer intelligence platform that enriches e-commerce order data to reveal who customers really are — uncovering VIPs, influencers, investors, and key personas behind every purchase. Built for Shopify merchants and DTC brands, it integrates across the modern e-commerce stack to power segmentation, personalization, and retention marketing. The platform powers hundreds of fast-growing brands including HexClad, Jones Road, and Jolie. Founded by veteran operators and investors, the team blends deep DTC experience with technical talent to rebuild the customer relationship that ad networks and marketplaces have eroded.
