## Job Description
As a part of the global expansion strategy, Elogic Commerce is looking for a Business Development Manager to join the growing business development department for the Germany market.

Responsibilities:
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings
- Develop new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople

Qualifications:
- Track record of achieving Lead generation quotas
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative in a fast-growing software company
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
- Previous experience in B2B/B2C eCommerce
- Excellent communication skills
- Autonomous, well organized, eager to learn & proactive with a strong interest in Sales & eCommerce Marketing
- Network within retail/e-commerce sector
- Minimum 2 years of experience from a similar role – E-commerce agency/Retail consultancy or e-commerce platform sales department would be a plus
- Great organization and time management skills
- Excellent negotiating and people skills
- Fluent in German and English
- University degree
- Team player who contributes to positive working atmosphere with genuine passion for sales
