We will entrust you with:
- Leading research of new and existing products, creating and managing the backlog, and defining user stories
- Delivering timely, value-added products
- Representing and understanding the client's interests and business needs
- Conducting regular checks and getting feedback from stakeholders
- Monitoring the health and development of existing and new projects
- Fostering clear collaboration and communication among stakeholders
- Promoting continuous process improvement and best practices
- Planning and coordinating product releases, including functionality and timelines
- Leading the development team, prioritizing tasks, and setting the direction
- Growing and developing your skills in project and people management
- Mentoring and guiding new colleagues

You are a perfect candidate if you have:
- Previous experience in project management
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Previous experience leading and being an example for a motivated team on the path to success
- Interest in onboarding, training new team members and knowledge sharing
- A growth mindset, with an interest in continuous learning, personal development, and a desire to learn about the industry
- Proficiency in both Latvian and English

Not a must but nice to have:
- Experience in eCommerce
- Experience with Magento
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodology
