In this role, you'll participate on a team responsible for implementing Shopify solutions and developing innovative e-commerce experiences for our clients, following best practices. This position is open to remote candidates located within the United States or Latin America.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement innovative features and functionality for e-commerce solutions using Shopify.
Collaborate with a team of passionate e-commerce professionals to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Apply your expertise in Shopify, Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and API integrations to extend, enhance, and build great user experiences.
Utilize backend development skills, ideally in PHP, though other languages like Ruby are also valued.
Understand e-commerce business requirements and translate them into coherent technical designs.
Conduct unit testing and take accountability for the quality and performance of your work.

Requirements
3+ years of experience with Shopify frontend development, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Shopify's Liquid templating language, with a proven track record of designing responsive, visually appealing user interfaces.
3+ years of experience with Shopify backend development, including server-side logic, API integration, and database management, focusing on Shopify platform customization and app development.
Experience working in an agency environment.
Strong ambition and conversational English skills (B2/C1 proficiency).

Bonus Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Any Shopify certification.
Experience with BigCommerce.
