## Job Description
Who We're Looking For
You'll serve as the main point of contact between our clients and our implementation teams. While you won't be responsible for executing the campaigns yourself, you'll play a crucial role in managing timelines, ensuring alignment, and maintaining high levels of communication and client satisfaction.

You'll be responsible for orchestrating project delivery, communicating with clients, and managing timelines and task delegation. PMs are not expected to implement technical work but must understand the "what, why, and when" of each task well enough to guide the client and internal team.

We offer a range of services—including web development, SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, and Amazon marketplace management. Each area has its own dedicated specialists, and your job will be to keep everything running smoothly across all departments.

Your responsibilities will include managing internal operations via ClickUp and Slack, holding teams accountable to timelines and deliverables, and conducting weekly Zoom or Google Meet calls with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and build lasting relationships.

The ideal candidate is a former Shopify or Amazon store owner/operator who can confidently speak to a wide range of eCommerce growth strategies. You should be able to contribute insightfully to conversations across multiple disciplines, including marketing, UX, operations, and product growth.
