## Job Description
ROLE SUMMARY:
We're looking for an Ecommerce Specialist who thrives at the center of the action. You'll work hands-on in Shopify and across key digital initiatives, taking ownership of tasks within your scope while supporting the broader team: setting up new products and promos, keeping product data accurate, and ensuring our product pages and listings work harder across DTC, marketplace, and retail ecommerce sites.
You like solving problems, looking at the numbers, and finding ways to improve performance. You'll use performance data to spot opportunities, drive execution, and share feedback and findings to support promotional planning, and day-to-day operations across the team. You're excited about AI, open to learning, and already use it in your work. You'll maintain high QA standards for launches and help build the AI tools and automations that take routine work off the team's plate.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Product Setup: Create and maintain products in Shopify, including variants, bundles, tags, metafields, pricing and imagery
Pages and Listings: Keep product pages and listings accurate across our DTC site, marketplaces, and retail partner sites, collaborating with the retail team on updates
Promos and Launches: Support the setup of promotions and collections, and drive QA checks on pricing, links, imagery, and availability before launches go live
QA Checklists: Assist in defining QA checklists and standards, keeping processes documented so execution quality improves across all launches
Automate the Routine: Help build and test AI tools and automations that speed up product setup, content management, and QA
SEO and Content: Use SEO findings to improve product copy and listings
Find the Friction: Analyze heatmaps and session replays to spot friction points, supporting CRO test launches and sharing actionable insights
Reviews: Monitor review syndication to marketplace and retail partners, and share bi-weekly reporting on ratings and volume
Inventory Watch: Monitor inventory and flag out-of-stock risks to inform promotional planning, forecasting and allocation

REQUIREMENTS:
Experience: 3+ years in ecommerce merchandising, ecommerce operations or site management
Shopify Pro: Hands-on Shopify Plus experience with product setup, collections, promotions and product data
AI Forward: You use AI tools in your day-to-day work, for things like product copy, data cleanup or QA checks, and you check the output before it ships
Detail Obsessed: You sweat the details customers notice, keeping product data, pricing and every launch accurate so the shopping experience just works
Data Savvy: Comfortable with GA4, Tableau or Power BI and with heatmap and session replay tools, and able to turn findings into clear recommendations
SEO Know-How: Experience improving product copy and listings with SEO tools such as SEMrush
Autonomous Problem Solver: Juggles several workstreams independently in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of priorities, and supports team goals effectively
Clear Communicator: Shares open, honest feedback and performance reporting clearly with cross-functional partners while maintaining a team-first mindset

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:
Review platforms such as Bazaarvoice or Yotpo
Shopify Flow or other automation tools
Basic HTML, CSS or Shopify Liquid
Experience across more than one brand or Shopify store
Subscription commerce experience
