We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager with a strong technical understanding of eCommerce solutions and integrations. The role focuses on expanding long-term partnerships by identifying growth opportunities across scandiweb's digital commerce, development, and experience services. Our Key Account Managers work with international eCommerce brands and enterprise clients such as Puma, Läderach, Samsung, and The New York Times, helping them scale their digital commerce operations. The role combines strategic account growth with active sales engagement to uncover opportunities within existing and prospective client organizations.
Responsibilities
Build and nurture client relationships while driving sales growth through upselling and cross-selling services
Research prospects and existing clients to understand business objectives and uncover growth opportunities
Develop strategic account plans, monitor performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
