StoreJobs.dev ("StoreJobs", "we", "us", or "our") is an online job board operated by ShibuyaLabsthat aggregates and displays ecommerce platform engineering job listings. By accessing or using our website at storejobs.dev (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

StoreJobs is a discovery platform that indexes ecommerce engineering roles from company career pages and accepts paid job postings from employers. We are not a recruitment agency and do not act as an employer, staffing firm, or intermediary in the hiring process.

We redirect users to external career pages or application URLs provided by employers. We do not process job applications, collect resumes, or facilitate the hiring process on our platform. We assume no responsibility or liability for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.

Job listings on StoreJobs are sourced through a combination of automated indexing (scraping public career pages) and direct employer submissions. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee that any listing information — including job titles, descriptions, salary ranges, locations, or company details — is complete, current, or error-free.

Automated indexing may occasionally result in inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information. Listings may reflect roles that have already been filled, modified, or removed by the employer. You should always verify job details directly with the employer before making any decisions based on information found on StoreJobs. We accept no liability for inaccuracies in job listing data.

Removal Requests: If you are an authorized representative of a company whose listings are indexed on our platform and wish to have a listing or company profile removed, please contact us at [ENABLE JS TO SEE EMAIL], and we will remove the content promptly.

Employers may purchase featured job listings through our paid posting service. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. By submitting a paid job posting, employers agree to the following:

— Payment: All fees are charged at the time of purchase and are quoted in USD. Pricing is displayed on the posting page at the time of purchase.

— Refund Policy: Paid job postings are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase if the listing has not yet been published. — Listing Duration: Paid listings remain active for 30 days from the date of publication unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these Terms.

— Content & Performance: Employers are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their job posting content. We reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove any paid listing that contains misleading information, discriminatory language, or violates applicable laws. We do not guarantee a specific volume of traffic, candidate impressions, or successful hires.

You agree not to:

— Scrape, crawl, or systematically access the Service in a manner that degrades performance for other users or copies our proprietary database structure.

— Use the Service to distribute spam, malware, or unsolicited communications.

— Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, its servers, or associated databases.

— Post fraudulent, misleading, or illegal job listings.

— Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a company.

The StoreJobs name, logo, design, codebase, and original content are the property of ShibuyaLabs. Job listing content belongs to the respective employers and is displayed under fair use principles for the purpose of job discovery. Trademarks of third-party platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, commercetools, Medusa) belong to their respective owners and are used strictly for identification purposes.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, that any listing information is accurate or complete, or that any external links or application URLs are functional or safe.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StoreJobs andShibuyaLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or employment opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Warsaw, Mazowieckie, Poland.
