Middle-Strong / Senior Technical Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• —Plan and conduct requirements-gathering sessions, meetings, and presentations to capture detailed business needs and system requirements effectively
• —Lead review sessions for finalized business and functional requirements with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and secure approval
• —Conduct backlog reviews and clarifications before and after sprint planning to keep priorities clear, support sprint goals, and ensure a well-organized workflow
• —Build and maintain strong working relationships with business units and support functions, developing a deep understanding of their needs and challenges
• —Collaborate with development and testing teams to provide subject matter expertise, leverage out-of-the-box functionality wherever possible, and assist in troubleshooting and issue resolution
• —Leverage strong experience in system integrations to support seamless data and process flows between systems
• —Contribute to designing and refining workflows, offering expert insight into creating efficient workflow processes
• —Oversee the Jira ticketing system, addressing incidents and requests from end-users by analyzing them and either providing a direct resolution or escalating them to other IT teams as needed
• —Assist in UAT execution, working closely with business leads and project managers to confirm that solutions meet expectations and to obtain final signoff
