Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Ecommerce Project Manager to oversee and coordinate projects from inception to launch. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including development, design, marketing, and account management to ensure timely delivery of ecommerce solutions that meet the needs of our clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ecommerce platforms, excellent project management skills, and a passion for enhancing online customer experiences.
Miami Offices Only
This is a full-time position based out of our Miami office, with the option for hybrid flexibility. You can choose to work from either our Aventura or Brickell locations, whichever is most convenient for you.
Duties and Responsibilities:
—Lead and manage multiple ecommerce projects simultaneously from start to finish.
—Collaborate with internal teams (design, development, marketing, etc.) and external clients to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.
—Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure smooth project execution.
—Manage client communications, providing regular updates and addressing concerns or challenges.
—Coordinate ecommerce platform integrations (e.g., Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce) and custom features development.
—Conduct quality assurance testing and ensure all projects meet the company's standards.
—Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
—Monitor project KPIs and performance metrics to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
—Stay up-to-date with ecommerce trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve project execution.
Requirements:
—Proven experience as an Ecommerce Project Manager, with a solid track record of delivering successful ecommerce projects.
—Deep understanding of ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce) and technologies (API integrations, third-party tools, etc.).
—Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
—Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both clients and internal teams.
—Experience with project management tools (e.g., Clickup, Asana, Jira, Trello) and agile methodologies.
—Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to anticipate issues and proactively implement solutions.
—Familiarity with ecommerce best practices, UX/UI, SEO, and performance optimization.
