Software Solutions Engineering

Product Expertise:

Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of Okendo's products, code base, and integrations through internal training and independent research.

Project Management:

• —Partner with prospects and customers to understand their requests and to gather technical requirements in order to recommend solutions that address their needs.
• —Build relationships with key customer stakeholders by serving as a technical liaison from pre-sales to post-sales
• —Collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams, as required, communicating customer and prospect feedback, product bugs and gaps, building custom solutions for strategic accounts, and testing and providing feedback on Okendo APIs and new product releases.

What we need from you:

Professional Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a software developer

Intermediate/Advanced expertise with the tech stack listed above

Knowledge of the Shopify environment, Shopify Liquid, and Shopify's API

Interpersonal skills: You must be comfortable interfacing with both customers and internal staff from around the globe.

Initiative: You will be required to take initiative, manage projects independently in a waterfall environment, and to deliver projects within a reasonable timeline.
