Account Manager

Client Communication

• —Participate in client Slack channels and meetings
• —Coordinate follow-ups, action items, and project updates
• —Ensure client requests are documented and assigned appropriately
• —Maintain clear communication between clients and internal teams

Research & Analysis

• —Conduct competitor and industry research
• —Gather insights from analytics and user behavior tools
• —Support the creation of client presentations, recommendations, and test result summaries

Process & Organization

• —Coordinate cross-functional tasks between CRO, Design, and Development teams
• —Help keep projects on track and moving forward

What Success Looks Like

After 6–12 months, you will

• —Successfully support multiple client accounts simultaneously
• —Become a trusted point of contact for clients and internal teams
• —Help improve the efficiency and execution of client optimization programs
• —Contribute meaningful optimization insights and recommendations
• —Play a key role in helping experiments and initiatives move from idea to launch

Requirements

• —Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• —Strong organizational and project management abilities
• —High attention to detail
• —Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• —Strong problem-solving mindset
• —Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
• —Experience with Shopify
• —Experience with GA4 or similar analytics platforms
• —Experience with A/B testing or experimentation programs
