ROLE_OVERVIEW
We're looking for an experienced Full-Stack WordPress/WooCommerce Developer to join our growing development team. If you're passionate about building custom themes and plugins, enjoy solving complex technical challenges, and have strong experience with both backend and frontend WordPress development — we'd love to hear from you.
This is a long-term remote role with the opportunity to work on diverse, high-quality projects for international clients.
What You'll Do
Develop and maintain custom WordPress themes and plugins
Build and extend blocks using the Gutenberg editor
Integrate third-party APIs and services using RESTful principles
Collaborate with designers, PMs, and developers to deliver functional, scalable features
Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code
Optimize performance and ensure code follows best practices and security standards
Work in a Git-based version control environment
Take part in technical planning, task estimation, and continuous improvement of workflows
What We're Looking For
4+ years of hands-on experience in WordPress and WooCommerce development
Deep knowledge of PHP and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles
Experience developing custom Gutenberg blocks
Solid understanding of React and other modern JavaScript frameworks
Proficiency with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive front-end techniques
Experience integrating external services via RESTful APIs
Confidence with Git and collaborative development workflows
English proficiency at B1+ level (for internal and client communication)
