Job Summary: As an Account Manager at ZAGO, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and expanding our company's profitability by managing sales and nurturing long-term relationships with key accounts. You will be the face of our innovative tech solutions, ensuring that our clients receive top-tier service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts by up-selling and cross-selling our technology solutions.
Monitor and analyze customer's usage of our product and proactively address any issues.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.
Manage and track key account metrics, providing regular reports to the sales director and stakeholders.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while maintaining the company's standards of quality and service.
Stay abreast of industry trends and market conditions to understand clients' specific needs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or relevant role.
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
