What You'll Do
Build and ship features for our AI-powered Shopify store builder—end to end.
Work across the stack using Ruby on Rails, React, Next.js, PostgreSQL, AWS, Heroku, and HTML/CSS/JavaScript and Shopify CLI.
Customize Shopify Apps and Themes (Liquid) and integrate third-party APIs (including OpenAI) to enhance functionality.
Optimize for speed, scalability, and reliability while debugging and solving technical challenges.
Collaborate closely with design, product, and growth teams to refine and deliver features that wow our users.
Stay sharp: learn, experiment, and bring fresh ideas from emerging tech into Atlas.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience in software development (professional or equivalent).
Strong proficiency with Rails, React, Next.js, PostgreSQL, AWS, Heroku, and front-end fundamentals (HTML/CSS/JS).
Experience with Shopify development (apps, themes, Liquid).
Familiarity with API integrations and OpenAI tools.
A strong problem-solver who loves debugging, testing, and deploying production-ready code.
Excellent communicator and collaborator, comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
