CX Designer

We're looking for an experienced CX Designer to join our ecommerce agency. You'll be responsible for managing, testing and implementing conversion points across our clients ecommerce CX. You'll be working with clients on recommending key initiatives that will move the needle for their conversion, then producing wireframes and vetting UI concepts. This will involve a mixture of strategic and hands on work. You'll primarily be responsible for the CX, but strong UI skills are also required to ensure final products are cohesive.

WIRO is an established Ecommerce Agency specialising in Shopify working with clients on a growth-basis. We've delivered HUNDREDS of sites, optimised to the CX best practices. However, we want to up our game with how we scale our clients' growth. That's where you come in! You'll help us produce high yield roadmaps for our clients to best use their budgets effectively. As a small agency, your input will have a massive impact! Through working to deliver effective recommendations, you'll build strong relationships with our clients and come up with ideas and initiatives that will feed directly into our design and development team.
